Use of Health Matrix Products for Bones Fractures

With winter approaching there emerges another seasonal problem – ice on roads, streets covered with snow and as a result thereof, increased number of injuries, especially fractures.

Unfortunately, slow osseous fusion is currently observed in patients of all ages, including children.

From the very first year of Health Matrix products distribution, matrix applicators proved to be an effective means, shortening fracture union time.

Studies were performed at Children’s Hospital No 5 of Saint Petersburg.

The findings are as follows:

  1. Matrix applicators shorten fracture union time. The data are statistically compared with the control. Fractures were healed in all patients of the test group. In the course of the study it was found out that consolidation of fractures was more physiological, the central callus formed at earlier stages.
  2. Matrix applicators facilitate restoration of microcirculation in damaged tissues and contribute to maintenance of viability thereof, which can be explained by faster decongestion when applicators are used.
  3. Use of matrix applicators is an effective means to prevent suppurative complications.
  4. Matrix applicators have good analgesic effect and can be used as an alternative to pain-killers.
  5. When matrix applicators are used healing of soft tissues is more physiological, cicatricial changes are less apparent.
  6. Matrix applicators facilitate rehabilitation of patients, when used during their treatment.

The studies confirmed that matrix products are absolutely safe for adults and children, they are compatible with any other method of treatment, have no side effects, besides they facilitate drugs assimilation, in particular, calcium supplements.

Having learned about efficiency of matrix products for fractures, many patients use the applicators to relieve pain, stopping use thereof when pain has gone.

However, fracture is not purely local process, changes affect the organism on the whole. There is even a specific term: traumatic disease. Therefore, a complex rehabilitation is required after trauma.

To achieve optimum result, matrix products are to be used correctly on the fracture area and according to the general pattern immediately following the trauma and during the whole period of disease.

Acute Period of Trauma

Method of use on the fracture area depends on the type of immobilization. If the extremity is immobilized with a plaster bandage, you can affix any types of matrix applicators immediately to the plaster in the fracture area. If special immobilizing splints are used, applicators can be affixed to the splint.

After surgical treatment using different metallic osteosynthesis methods, applicators can be attached on top of the bandage.

In case of open fractures, it is recommended to affix applicators to sterile cloth and put it on top of the bandage with antiseptics.

Cloths applicators are convenient to use, they can be placed on plaster, wound dressings or it is possible to lay them into immobilizing splints.

Use of matrix products to restore good health depends on baseline condition of the patient and type of injuries.

Simple Fractures

Scheme B is recommended for patients, who were relatively healthy prior to their injury, scheme C is recommended for patients with concurrent diseases. It is essential not to neglect placement of applicators on frontal lobes area to mitigate stress loads.

Some patients will not attach applicators to their forehead for aesthetic reasons. Unfortunately, people are still affected by stereotypes, like ‘what will people say’ in this case.

However, the frontal lobes are the ones that respond to stress situations. Any trauma is a stress for a person, in particular, road traffic trauma. Observations indicate that a picture of a vehicle-pedestrian collision is kept in human memory for months. However, if the patient remains stressed, fracture heals slowly, risk of complications grows significantly.

Aires-relax bandage is an effective means of relieving psycho-emotional tension. You can put any types of applicators into the bandage.

It is recommended to take 21-42 day recreational course for simple fractures. The scheme is as follows: 6 days of applicators attachment, 1 day – hiatus.

Young and middle-age patients can use applicators of any modification, while old and in particular senior age patients should better start their treatment with Grafit applicators. We recommend that patients with skin manifestations of allergy should use cloths applicators, which could be used according to the same scheme.

It is necessary to use Ecostep matrix insoles in combination with other products in case of lower extremities fractures.

We also recommend to drink structurized water from the very first days of treatment. High-quality structurized water facilitates discharge of toxic metabolism products, calcium assimilation, increases energy of human body. If antibiotics are used in treatment, structurized water helps to restore gastrointestinal microflora.

Multiple Injuries

Advanced C scheme from the very first days of treatment (expansion of application to the liver, spleen, kidneys, neck and spinal column areas). At an early age the thymus gland functions as the immune organ, therefore it is recommended to attach applicators on the chest area of children. Furthermore, we recommend to use AIRES-Relax bandage, Ecostep matrix insoles, structurized water.

Bone Fractures Complicated with Infection

There is always an infection risk in case of open fractures.

C scheme should be expanded to the immune organs: spleen, chest if applied to children (thymus gland) and to organs, performing filtering function: liver and kidneys.

All other recommendations are the same as for simple fractures.

Bone Fractures with Underlying Osteoporosis

Expanded C scheme from the very first days of treatment (expansion of application to the kidneys, liver, spleen, neck area, spinal column, uterine annexes).

If there is osteoporosis, duration of the treatment course makes 42 days.

All other recommendations are the same as for simple fractures.

Rehabilitation Period

It is recommended to continue using matrix products during the period of rehabilitation after trauma.

It is recommended to use Health Matrix disposable hygienic bed sheets during sleep and for physical therapy.

It is recommended to continue using Ecostep matrix insoles during the rehabilitation period, and Ortostep insoles in case of concurrent flat foot condition.
