Use of Matrix Products for Office Syndrome

Advancements of information technologies, labour automation, physical inactivity and increasingly stereotyped movements of office workers have given rise to new diseases, related to impact of office environment. Generally, length of the working day in the office makes 8 hours, most part of which the worker sits at the computer at his or her workplace, which often does not conform to the existing standards with regard to ergonomic parameters thereof. Other risk factors, contributing to development of office syndrome, are also to be taken into consideration, i.e. large crowds of people, unhealthy diet, irregular working hours, large number of allergens, etc.

Let us not neglect the fact that for many workers stress experience starts at home, continues on their way to work and sharply increases during their workday.

However, one factor is almost always neglected – a very high degree of electromagnetic pollution in contemporary office spaces.

A contemporary office is a space, filled with a large number of devices, emitting technogenic electromagnetic radiation (EMR). A usual office set includes computers, mobile and wireless phones, electric kettles, microwave ovens, refrigerators, Wi-Fi. And let us not forget about the electrical wiring. This is the office space where workers spend significant part of their lives.

It can be said that contemporary offices are filled with electromagnetic smog.

The World Health Organization (WHO) considers electromagnetic pollution of the living environment to be the main threat to human health.

Researches, conducted in Russia and in foreign countries show that electromagnetic fields of anthropogenic origin (man-made) have pronounced negative biological effect.

Biological organism, having no relevant adaptation mechanisms at the genetic level, is unable to adapt to technogenic radiation rapidly.

Office syndrome is a complex set of symptoms, including disorders, manifesting in different organs and systems, and developing in office workers due to their exposure to different factors of the office environment.

Various pain syndromes are most common in office workers.

Headache is the most common manifestation of the office syndrome. It is mostly tension headache, cervicogenic headache and migraine.
Tension headache is the most common form of a headache. The following components are essential in pathogenesis thereof: muscle tension, genetic predisposition, impact of the environment, psychologic mechanisms, biochemical and physiological disturbances beside episodes of the disease. It has been proved that tension of pericranial muscles of patients with tension headache is higher than that of the control.

Cervicogenic headache is the second most common disease of office workers. Clinical neurologists have long ago noted and described connection between special type headaches and cervical area disorders. During cervicogenic headache episode pain starts from the neck and spreads to orbital-frontal-temporal region.

Migraine as well as tension headache belongs to primary headaches, i.e. headaches that are not caused by brain or cervical spine or any other disorders. The disease is most common in women from 18 to 50 years of age.

The underlying reason of migraine episodes is disorder in dura mater vascular tone regulation, i.e. vascular distention, increased vascular permeability and ingress of various biologically active substances, causing pain, into the surrounding tissue with the formation of neurogenic inflammation. Consequently, many patients are wrong to administer vasodilators, such as No-Spa to arrest an attack of the disease, such medications make only worse, since, contrary to popular belief, the cause of migraine attack is not spasm of blood vessels but their pathologic distention.

Spine, neck, upper extremities pain. Most frequently such a pain is caused by a long-term forced position of the body and refers to musculoskeletal pain.

Mouse arm syndrome (carpal tunnel syndrome). The mouse arm syndrome is a kind of overuse syndrome, occurring upon frequent prolonged (continuous) use of certain muscles (cellist syndrome, worker’s hand syndrome, etc.). The characteristic feature of this type of carpal tunnel syndrome is that clinical manifestations occur not as a result of acute injury, but due to slight but continuous tension of certain muscles – this is permanent injury, caused by repetitive tension. Office workers’ mouse arm syndrome manifests as pain, weakness in the hand, sometimes, there is numbness, swelling of hand.

Office knee syndrome, thus far it affects one in 10 office workers, it is caused by continuous work at one and the same place and by rise in obesity among office workers. The office knee syndrome occurs as a result of continuous static load on the knee joint, leading to gradual destruction thereof, inflammation, pain and potential disability. Obesity increases strain on the knee joint by two times.

Work in the office contributes to development of internal organs diseases.

Cardiovascular diseases (atherosclerosis, hypertension, arrhythmia, etc.). Causes of office workers’ cardiovascular diseases may include unhealthy diet, excessive coffee drinking, smoking, physical inactivity, obesity, work stresses, inadequate daily regime, exposure to technogenic electromagnetic field.

Gastrointestinal diseases (gastritis, stomach ulcer, chronic colitis, etc.). Causes of office workers’ gastrointestinal diseases may include irregular meals, unhealthy diet, excessive coffee drinking, smoking, exposure to stress factors.

Respiratory diseases — bronchial asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, cold-related diseases. Causes include air conditioning in office premises, large numbers of people in a limited area, allergens (plastic, dust).

Pelvic organs diseases — haemorrhoid and rectal fissures, chronic inflammatory diseases of pelvic organs (chronic prostatitis in men, chronic endometritis, salpingitis in women). Causes include physical inactivity, prolonged sitting position, resulting in small pelvic veins congestion.

Obesity. Causes include unhealthy diet, hyperphagia reaction to stress (emotional eating), sedentary lifestyle, irregular working hours, remote communication (corporate communication via ICQ, phone calls).

Varicose veins of lower extremities, thrombophlebitis. Risk factors include sedentary lifestyle, improper position of legs when sitting during work in the office (sitting with legs crossed), smoking.

Dry eye syndrome includes such symptoms as eye redness, strain, dryness, gritty eyes. Causes include prolonged work at the computer, air conditioning in the office premises, allergens.

It should be emphasized once again that negative impact of technogenic electromagnetic field on biological organism contributes to development of most internal organs diseases.

A very unfavorable picture is seen from the data presented.  The office workers suffer from disorders of the most important life-sustaining systems of human organism. It is extremely difficult for an office worker to stay healthy even if he or she follows up on all healthy lifestyle recommendations. Is there a way out of the dead end?

A way out can be found only subject to complex approach to prevention of disorders and restoration of office workers’ health.

Human organism is a complex information-exchange system, where all elements function as a whole and maintain interrelations via available channels and linkages.

Prevention measures (and treatment method if pathology occurs) will be effective if they would restore all severed linkages, thus balancing life-sustaining systems, first of all, central nervous system.

Fundamental physics states that any matter has electromagnetic nature as is the case with physical human body. Any regular periodic structure of interrelations, in its turn, generates own superposition of electromagnetic field and is supported thereby.

Therefore, the most effective way to restore functional state of human body is to use intrinsic coherently transformed electromagnetic radiation – balanced electromagnetic oscillations, strictly harmonized by frequency, amplitude, phase and direction response pattern, focused on unambiguous resonance response of a human organism.

Only Resonance Bio-Correction method enables to ensure coherent transformation (harmonization) of electromagnetic radiation, emitted by the biological organism.

Resonance Bio-Correction method implies harmonization of organism functions in the most optimum algorithm by virtue of coherent transformation of intrinsic electromagnetic radiation of the organism and external radiation of the environment, which is essential for office managers, exposed to electromagnetic smog.

For this purpose, Matrix Trading Firm offers Health Matrix products, which include the topology design, performing coherent transformation of electromagnetic radiation in a wide band of wavelengths.

The result is enhanced adaptive capability of a person and increased self-regulation possibilities.

The products we recommend are as follows:

  1. Aires Relax band with matrix applicators of any kind for continuous use during work. This product facilitates optimization of functional state of the nervous system, stress loads damping, generation of proper responses to signals from the environment. The band also helps to relieve tension of pericranial muscles and rotator cuff and therefore to stop pain syndromes, related thereto.
  2. 2.      Optical filters – for preventive reasons it is recommended to use RELAX optical filters, that will help to maintain good health of visual organs, in particular, to prevent development of dry eye syndrome and will facilitate optimization of the central nervous system functioning. Following adaptation, it is recommended to always use optical filters when working at the computer monitor.
  3. 3.      ECOSTEP matrix insoles (ORTOSTEP insoles in case of a flat foot) – they are recommended for continuous use, the insoles serve as preventive means for vascular disorders of lower extremities, they help to relieve fatigue of legs, enhance level of functional state of internal organs (all internal organs are projected to the plantar surface of the foot). Use of matrix insoles helps to prevent flat foot condition progression.
  4. 4.      Matrix applicators – it is recommended to apply them according to the regimen, indicated in the instruction and on the web-site of Matrix Trading Firm. The user selects the regimen, based on the state of health thereof.
  5. 5.      Cloths applicators can be conveniently applied on pain areas, projections of internal organs.
  6. 6.      LILIA (daily) and SOFT LAVENDER (absorbent) liner applicators are recommended as preventive means for pelvis organs diseases, they help eliminate pelvic veins congestion, facilitate microflora restoration in the genitourinary system.
